At reyada, we offer a wide range of classes, including functional training, resistance band training, bodyweight training, physio ball exercises, weight training, yoga, Pilates, meditation, and gymnastics. We ensure a variety of classes suitable for all fitness levels and preferences.
2. How do I book a class?
You can contact us by phone or email, which are listed at the bottom of this page, and we will get back to you.
3. What should I bring to a class?
All you need is comfortable workout clothes, a towel, a water bottle, and a smile :). For yoga and Pilates, we provide mats, but you're welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
4. Are the classes suitable for beginners?
Absolutely! Our classes are designed for all fitness levels, from beginners to advanced athletes. Our instructors will guide you through the workout and ensure you're comfortable.
5. How can I track my progress?
Each participant will have a personal journal where all metrics and goals are recorded throughout the training period. This journal is updated every 6-8 weeks to adjust goals and progress.

Yes, the first class is on us! We offer a free trial for anyone interested in trying out what we offer.
7. What membership options are available?

8. Can I cancel or reschedule a booking?
Yes, you can cancel or reschedule your booking through the app up to 12 hours before the class without any penalty.
