Every participant will receive professional and personalized guidance to choose the classes that best fit their objectives.

 

Functional Training:  

Focused on movements that mimic daily activities such as pulling, lifting, and working with external resistance. This training strengthens daily function and includes weight exercises to build muscle strength and endurance.  

Suitable for goals such as toning, strengthening, and improving coordination.

Bodybuilding Training: hypertrophy training  

These workouts involve weightlifting in the bodybuilding method (hypertrophy), strengthening muscles and increasing their size. Each session is tailored to your personal needs.  

Ideal for increasing muscle mass and enhancing the mind-muscle connection.

Resistance Bands Training:  

These classes use resistance bands to strengthen core muscles, arms, and legs. They are suitable for all fitness levels and offer an efficient and convenient way to strengthen the body.  

Perfect for toning, strengthening, and improving coordination, and particularly suitable for beginners.

Bodyweight Training:  

A holistic approach that utilizes bodyweight exercises such as push-ups and squats, with minimal external resistance. This workout engages all muscles and develops overall strength.  

Ideal for toning, strengthening, and improving coordination, suitable for both beginners and advanced participants. Recommended to combine with functional or bodybuilding workouts.

Physio Ball Training:  

Working with a physio ball (Pilates ball) strengthens the core, improves posture, and enhances flexibility.  

Suitable for all fitness levels, and for goals such as strengthening and improving coordination, suitable for both beginners and advanced participants.

Gymnastics:  

Gymnastics classes include body movements like floor exercises, pull-ups, parallel bars, jumps, and flips.
